hello everyone this time im making one of my favorites when I was growing up, chilaquiles verdes its a fast midweek dinner or a nice harty breakfast, super simple and easy to make, it only takes about 15 minutes
ingredients
10 green tomatoes
1/4 white onion
1 chiller de arbol
3 garlic tooths
1 table spoon chicken bouillon
1/2 bag of tortilla chips or you can make your own
1 sprig of cilantro
optional for toppings
roma tómate
sour cream
chopped white onion
and fried eggs

blend together the tomatoes , onion ,Chile and cilantro and blend it till smooth
